Central Fabrication Facility - CFF

The Central Fabrication Facility (CFF) is siet up to cater to the growing demand for engineering services of experimental researchers at IIT Madras whose work involves development of hardware components. The aim of this facility is to minimize the travails of research scholars and project staff, who have hither to been seeking such services outside the campus. This facility is being managed by the Central Skill Training & Fabrication facility, and supported by the Industrial Consultancy & Sponsored Research (IC&SR). A committee of faculty members chaired by the Professor in-charge of the Central Skill Training & Fabrication facility oversees the functioning of the CFF.
